Product Warranty 

Products purchased from Rainbow Leisurescapes that carry a manufacturer warranty shall be subject to the warranty outlined by the manufacturer.  Manufacturer warranties apply to defects in manufacturing and not issues arising from, but not limited to, misuse, improper installation, improper winterization, improper water chemistry, careless use.

Certain products, such as, by not limited to heaters and liners may require proof of proper balanced water chemistry maintenance during the warranty period, these records are the responsibility of the purchaser to produce if regular water testing is not done on an ongoing basis by the purchaser with Rainbow Leisurescapes.

Warranty claims in most cases will be made by contacting Rainbow Leisurescapes, we may direct you to contact the manufacturer as per their process/instruction.

Warranty claims for manufactured products purchased from and installed by Rainbow Leisurescapes such as pumps and filters shall in most cases be repaired and/or replaced at no additional charge.

Warranty claims for manufactured products purchased from, but not installed by Rainbow Leisurescapes will be subject to standard service labour/travel charges if site visits are required.

Warranty claims for manufactured products purchased or included with a contract/agreement which are not permanently installed such as an automatic pool cleaner will require the purchaser to bring the product to our retail location for repair/replacement.
Warranty claims may be subject to shipping/freight charges. 

Any and all charges relating to shipping and handling are the responsibility of the purchaser and not that of Rainbow Leisurescapes.

Products purchased from Rainbow Leisurecapes that do not carry a specific manufacturer warranty, will have a 14 day Rainbow Leisurescapes warranty. 
The 14 day warranty will commence the date of the purchase and is only valid during the same calendar year the purchase was made. The 14 day warranty will apply to defects in manufacturing and not issues arising from, but not limited to, misuse, improper installation, improper winterization, improper water chemistry, careless use.

All warranty claims require an original dated invoice.
